Batch Stats

The layout of the batch files to batch your stats analysis in SPM using the humbly named normobatch

Configstats - Contains all of your settings for groups, analysis defaults, etc.

--> calls Onsets

--> calls Contrasts

Onsets - Contains the # of conditions, the condition names, and onset vectors for your first level (within subject) partitioning of the time series.

Contrasts - Contains the contrast names and contrasts weights (should be orthogonal) that you want to look at (each value in the vector for a contrast corresponds to the onsets listed in the onset file.
