Neurochemistry of Attention and Learning
This research uses rodent models to investigate the role of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, in modulating attention during learning. We employ pharmacological and immuno-toxic lesion techniques along with cross-species comparisons to examine the cognitive contributions of acetylcholine.
